My room was comfortable modern with a private bathroom. This hotel was set in a very central area near to the centre of all the Banff action as well as the center of town on the main street. Attentive and knowledgeable staff who were always there to help.

The hotel is reasonably clean, has views of the mountains. The location is excellent, greatly enjoyed to be walking distance to some leisure places, we've visited bars and restaurants. Great nearby places include Eddie Burger & Bar, we usually had drinks there.

Everything was great, so were lovely views of the surrounding mountains. There were coffee and tea making equipment, and fridges in the recently renovated and reasonably large room. The cost was $ 245. The location of this hotel near to all shops and restaurants on Banff Avenue, a nearby quaint restaurant and sightseeing was great and absolutely perfect.
Some people working there were quite loud.

The location was great and perfect for walking around Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies. Besides, we were not far from shops and restaurants, and the center of town.

Got queen room as expected, liked it. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and an amazing view of the mountains. The hotel had the best possible location near Banff Avenue. There was an attached restaurant nearby.
